If your doll fan doesn’t love their monthly club pack, just let us a within 14 days of receiving your order, and we promise to make things right!

We test all our clothes and accessories to ensure they fit all major 18″ doll brands from American Girl Doll to Our Generation and many more. If our clothes and accessories don’t fit your doll please let us know and we can fix this for you. 

Our packs are shipped from Charleston, South Carolina USA. We only ship within the USA currently. 

We like to keep our monthly club packs a surprise so that when your doll fan opens their package it is a squeal-worthy moment! 

We know dolls fans can be 3 or 93! There is no age limit to loving dolls. Forever Dolls Club is suitable for ages 3 and up however we recommend the ideal age for membership is 5 to 15.

Of course! Our membership makes a wonderful gift. Simply make your gift selection (monthly, 6 or 12-month membership). Then, provide the recipient’s details such as the child’s name and shipping address and we will take care of the rest.

Our monthly club packs ship out at the same time each month that you originally joined the membership. For example, if you joined the membership on the 10^th of January, your first pack will be shipped out to you within 48 hours and every month following this your pack will ship out within 48 hours of the 10^th. Once your pack has been shipped, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery within U.S.

Our flexible month to month membership is $4.95 shipping to anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. Our 6 and 12 month membership plans are FREE shipping to anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. 

Our monthly subscriptions are $29.95 per month, you can receive a discount on the membership price by signing up for a 6 or 12-month plan. Our 6 month plan is $27.95 per month and our 12 month plan is $24.95 per month.

After a membership pack is shipped, you will receive a tracking email to the email you provided when signing up. You may need to check that these emails are not sent to your spam folder. Please click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your package and see if there were any carrier issues or delays. Please allow 3-10 business days for packages to arrive. Please contact us at hello@foreverdollsclub.com if your package does not arrive within this time.

We’d hate to see you go! Did you know you can pause your membership if you need a short break? If you do need to leave, you can turn off your auto-renewal at any time. To pause or cancel, just log in to your account, go to the subscription page and select the option needed. If you have committed to a multi-month (6 or 12) membership and have time left on this membership, you will be charged for and shipped the remaining months. Upon completion of the commitment term (6 or 12), your subscription will automatically cancel. For example, if you signed up for a 12-month membership and set your membership to cancel yet you have only paid for 8 months of membership, you will be charged monthly on your normal renewal date for the remaining 4 months before your membership finishes.

No! We never repeat our packs – ever! If you ever decide to cancel your membership and then rejoin, please make sure you re-start your original membership, so we know which packs you have received previously.  

Moving house? No worries at all, to update your address please log into your Forever Dolls Club account and click on ‘my subscription’. You will then have an option to update your shipping information. If your address is not updated by the time your billing date has passed for the month please be aware your membership pack will be shipped to the current address on file.
